HVAC Sales Manager
NPAworldwide is a fast-growing HVAC business in Central New Jersey seeking a driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead its sales function. The role involves shaping sales strategy, driving revenue, and managing the full sales cycle while building a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
Lead and grow the HVAC sales function to consistently exceed revenue targets
Personally conduct in-home and/or commercial sales appointments
Develop, implement, and continuously refine sales strategies and processes
Train, mentor, and support current and future sales team members
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and key KPIs
Collaborate closely with ownership and operations to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
Act as a professional ambassador for the business across the Central New Jersey market
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HVAC or home services sales is essential
Previous sales management or team leadership experience is highly advantageous
Strong closing ability with a consultative, customer-focused sales approach
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
