Responsibilities
Must have Integration experience with either MAXIMO, BRIM, OR UKG
Architect, design, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions
Act as subject matter expert for development teams during implementation
Document and maintain the organization’s solution architecture and technology portfolio; recommend improvements or alternatives
Review new and existing solution designs for compliance with standards and architectural plans
Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors, and IT stakeholders to estimate and plan implementation efforts
Model business and system processes using use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, workflow diagrams, Swagger, and data models
Serve as a visionary and strategist for your solution domain
Assist in designing and implementing long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans
Ensure alignment with Data Architecture and Enterprise Architecture standards
Qualification
Required
Must have Integration experience with either MAXIMO, BRIM, OR UKG
Architect, design, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions
Act as subject matter expert for development teams during implementation
Document and maintain the organization's solution architecture and technology portfolio; recommend improvements or alternatives
Review new and existing solution designs for compliance with standards and architectural plans
Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors, and IT stakeholders to estimate and plan implementation efforts
Model business and system processes using use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, workflow diagrams, Swagger, and data models
Proven experience in end-to-end solution architecture across Node.js, .NET, and various backend platforms
Strong understanding of solution artifacts: component diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams
Expertise in API/Swagger documentation and UML modeling (PlantUML preferred)
Ability to run POCs during detailed solution phases
Experience integrating with third-party SDKs/APIs and documenting integration aspects
Familiarity with CouchDB, Kafka, or similar messaging systems
Must have extensive experience creating Swagger diagrams from scratch
Ability to solution entire projects, not just modules (start-to-finish ownership)
Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to proactively identify and resolve concerns during solutioning
10+ years of experience in Architecture, Solution architecture, Design
Preferred
