Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and business objectives
Detect issues, troubleshoot, and investigate ways to resolve
Conduct training, offer workarounds, and present new features or modules to enhance customer’s application usage
Qualification
Required
Excellent understanding of SAP Business One application of all core modules and core Add-Ons
Wide experience in SAP Business One support and implementation
Wide experience in MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
Wide experience in SAP Business One upgrades
SAP B1
MS-SQL Server and Crystal Reports
Knowledge on deployments in Cloud environment
Thai: Native
English: Fluent / Native
Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
