Mid, Senior LevelUniLodge is seeking a Resident Experience Manager to lead and inspire the highest standards of resident experience across their property. This role involves overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and enhancing resident satisfaction through community engagement and innovative initiatives.

Responsibilities
Lead a premium Build to Rent resident experience through engaging community programs, events and digital platforms that drive connection and long-term retention
Develop and deliver ancillary services that enhance resident lifestyles while generating sustainable income aligned to Build to Rent principles
Drive occupancy, renewals and brand performance in partnership with Marketing and Head Office, positioning the asset as a market leader
Provide strategic support using resident insights and performance metrics to inform experience, leasing and operational decisions
Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, ensuring service excellence and long-term asset value
Qualification
Required
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Previous experience within residential, commercial, or retail property
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent customer service skills and a people-first approach
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with rental processes and legislation (or willingness to learn)
