The intern will provide office support in maintaining and communicating insurance-related documentation and programs, while gaining valuable career-related work experience.

Responsibilities
Keep an up to date list of all active jobs
Corresponding and Speaking with Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors to make sure insurance is in place
Obtaining Certificates of Insurance, Endorsements, Declaration and Forms Pages
Verifying the accuracy of the documents collected to ensure Compliance
Entering the insurance information into Viewpoint
Track and input various Risk Management Data into Viewpoint
Generate Microsoft Excel reports for Risk Management as Requested
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college program taking relevant coursework/major
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Communication/interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Insurance, Risk Management, or Business major preferred
