Sponsorship & Partnerships Lead (Commission-Only | LegalTech)
ChiefLegalX is a premier platform and community at the intersection of law, innovation, and leadership. They are seeking an experienced Sponsorship & Partnerships Lead to secure strategic sponsorships and brand partnerships for their events, programs, and media initiatives.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and secure sponsorships from legaltech companies, law firms, service providers, and related organizations
Leverage existing relationships within the legaltech and legal innovation ecosystem to accelerate deal flow
Develop and pitch tailored sponsorship packages aligned with sponsor goals and ChiefLegalX offerings
Manage the full sponsorship sales cycle, from outreach and negotiation through execution and renewal
Collaborate with ChiefLegalX leadership on pricing, packaging, and strategic partnerships
Track outreach, pipeline activity, and closed deals using agreed-upon reporting processes
Maintain strong, long-term sponsor relationships to drive repeat and multi-event sponsorships
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling sponsorships, partnerships, or enterprise solutions within legaltech, legal services, or professional services
Existing network of decision-makers (marketing, partnerships, business development) in legaltech or adjacent markets
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to articulate value, not just inventory
Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working independently in a performance-based role
Polished, professional and articulate presence on-screen and in person
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Preferred
Familiarity with conferences, summits, communities, or media sponsorship models is a strong plus
