Responsibilities

Review liability imposed on residents of state mental health hospitals, intellectual disability centers, and units
Prepare procedural updates to the Facility Reimbursement Operations Manual (FROM)
Provide direction to field offices
Develop and disseminate reports
Approve requests for reduction in liability
Analyze records and conduct on-site reviews at facility reimbursement offices
Represent the department at hearings
Prepare daily deposit records
Conduct topic specific training for reimbursement operations management and staff

Required

One year of experience as a Management Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration);or
Two years of experience in technical management analysis work, and a bachelor's degree;or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
