Responsibilities

Consult with the Managing Director DFW, Directors, and Managers onsite providing HR guidance when appropriate
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Manager to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to Managers and Directors of Operations, Hospitality, and F&B (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Works closely with Managers and Associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Provides consultation and support to Managers on Employee relations issues and applicable company policies
Manage and resolve complex Employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of the workforce, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Provides information about benefits, training, and other Human Resources programs
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation
Provides guidance and input on workforce management
Identify training needs for business and individual coaching needs
Collaborate and partner with the HR Team, and cross-functional teams to ensure onsite needs are met and assist in the development of strategic programs
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that PS attracts high-quality diverse team members and managers who will contribute to PS’s long-term success

Required

Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in HR, business or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role with strong Employee Relations knowledge
Advanced knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
Ability to effectively coach, develop, and lead people
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality results in a changing environment
Ability to influence and interact with all levels of management and associates while maintaining collaborative partnerships
Ability to evaluate, analyze, and resolve complex problems

Preferred

Preference for prior HR experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail industries with pre-opening/grand opening experience
SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Senior Certified Professional credential preferred
