Responsibilities
Quickly learn competitive analysis of Self-Service Ordering Kiosks in the US QSR market and current kiosk capabilities
Map the in-store guest ordering experience and compare it to off-prem mobile ordering journeys
Evaluate the usability and design quality of current kiosk experiences; recommend enhancements and new features
Design the future kiosk-based customer experience, including mockups and prototypes for ordering, rewards redemption, and payment flows
Apply design system for online ordering products (mobile) and extend or create elements for in-store kiosk devices (large screens)
Take on additional UX responsibilities as needed during the assignment
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience designing and prototyping digital products using Figma
2+ years of hands-on experience with Design Systems
Familiarity with Digital E-commerce best practices
Experience or familiarity with Mobile-based Digital Design
Preferred
Familiarity or experience with Kiosk-based Touchscreen Design
Understanding of Accessible Design (a11y) principles for consumer devices
