Crossing Hurdles is seeking an Exceptional SWE Annotator for a project-based role. The main purpose of this position is to evaluate and annotate software engineering code snippets for accuracy and quality while providing structured feedback on programming logic and implementation.

Evaluate and annotate software engineering code snippets and tasks for accuracy and quality
Identify logical errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Provide structured feedback on programming logic, implementation quality, and clarity
Apply labeling and evaluation guidelines consistently
Work independently to meet daily review and annotation targets

Comfortable working independently in a remote, contract-based role
