Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, train, and manage project-related staff
Provide guidance and mentoring to meet customer and company objectives
Act as senior liaison for operational interface with customer representatives
Plan, manage, and monitor project profitability and deadlines
Oversee workload distribution, staffing levels, and job installation progress
Review job cost postings and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting
Perform quality checks and prepare red-lined as-built drawings
Attend facility and construction meetings as the main on-site customer contact
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
Monitor operational processes and implement improvements for efficiency
Lead safety initiatives and training sessions
Manage tools and truck inventory and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field
Proven ability to define projects, create scopes of work, estimates, and manage tasks to completion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents
High school diploma or GED
Preferred
Experience with OSP and structured cabling projects
Familiarity with telecom tools and troubleshooting
