RVP, Commercial Sales

As an RVP of Commercial Sales, you’ll ensure the performance improvement of the AE team by providing coaching and feedback, while also managing operational tasks to help the team exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Run a weekly team meeting and 1:1s with your AEs, as well as bi-weekly coaching sessions
Attend weekly leadership meetings
Coach and evaluate your team’s skills, identify any gaps, and use this knowledge to elevate their abilities to run the sales process
Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment
