Responsibilities
Manage your sales pipeline from first call to signed application
Continue to service your clients throughout their lifetime while at MBF
Work leads efficiently using our CRM and guided system
Provide client-first solutions that generate renewals and referrals
Qualification
Required
Licensed life insurance professionals with at least 1 year of sales experience
Self-driven closers who want control over their income
Sales pros who know how to work a pipeline and don't need handholding
Strong communicators who thrive on performance and results
Must hold a valid life insurance license in: Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Newfoundland & Labrador
English required
Preferred
Being bilingual is a plus
Life Insurance Sales – 1 year preferred
French preferred
LLQP/HLLQP preferred
