Sales Operations Manager
Jones Soda Co. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager responsible for the accurate execution, maintenance, and coordination of commercial master data and sales support activities. This role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data integrity and support sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities
Management of 1WoldSync, GS1 and select key customer portals, item set-up and management
New Item Set-up internally and externally (via Sage ERP software, customer & 3rd party portals). Assist in the new vendor and customer set-up via ERP
Assist in the new vendor and customer set-up via ERP. Including retaining all necessary documents, questionnaires, credit checks, etc
Develop and manage Sales & Distribution Portal – to support internal and external sales teams
Management of Master Item files, Pricing & Promotion files and portals (internal & external)
Management of Sales & Distribution Contracts Process; maintain master file
Monitor Federal, State, and other regulatory agencies communications that are sent via mail, ensuring proper state and local tax compliance
Management of sales team’s master data files - Sales & Distribution Master Grids, National & Regional Chain Trackers, Product Locator, Master Customer Contact Lists
Coordinates and executes the Sales Samples Program, serving as the primary point of contact for intake, tracking, and fulfillment of approved sales and customer sample requests
Maintain & update sales and customers records. This includes price changes, Ship-to updates, in the Sage ERP software
Generate weekly, monthly & quarterly sales reports via Microsoft Power BI Reporting tools. Supported and supplemented with 3rd party sales data as applicable
New customer lead generation and management via JotForm lead management, Rangeme and other internal and external tools – survey creation, tracking and follow-up as needed with sales team and new customers
Company Meetings – support in the development and management of sales & operation meetings & materials
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
Qualification
Required
Experience managing 1WorldSync and GS1 data to support item setup and customer requirements
High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, tracking, and analysis
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams
Solid analytical skills with the ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and support informed decision-making
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and consistency
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data or process issues before they escalate
Demonstrated ability to follow established processes and ensure timely execution
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Calm and professional approach to conflict resolution and issue management
Experience with file organization, documentation, and record retention
Associate's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
3 years of experience working with GS1 standards and 1WorldSync or similar data synchronization platforms, sales operations, data administration, or ERP-based commercial support roles
Hands-on experience supporting item setup, customer and vendor data maintenance, and system updates across ERP systems and external customer platforms
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree with Business Concentration or equivalent work experience, PMP Certified a plus
5+ years of experience working with GS1 standards and 1WorldSync or similar data synchronization platforms
Experience in the CPG and/or beverage industry
Experience supporting sales reporting, data tracking, or analytics (Excel and/or BI tools)
