Human Resource Analyst 1
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Analyst 1 to join their Office of Administration, Department of Corrections Human Resource Office. This role involves partnering with Employee Relations Managers to support labor relations, investigating performance and disciplinary issues, and assisting with recruitment and staffing initiatives.

Responsibilities
Partner with Employee Relations Managers to support labor relations across the Cambridge Springs, Albion, and Mercer State Correctional Institutions (SCI)
Investigate performance and disciplinary issues
Facilitate formal conferences and issue official correspondence
Review Workers' Compensation claims for accuracy and system entry
Assist with recruitment and staffing initiatives
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
You must pass a background investigation and meet Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) compliance requirements
