Responsibilities
Setting up mechanical research equipment
Developing experimental protocols
Biomechanics development in orthopedics
Implementing protocols
Providing engineering technical expertise and analysis
Using x-ray computed tomography (CT)
Conducting radiation dosimetry
Applying x-ray physics knowledge
Proficiency in Matlab and/or C++ programs
Working in a special engineering group
Processing and testing algorithms
Informing data for computer programming
Implementing algorithms for research and clinical applications
Qualification
Required
Must have a Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent doctoral degree in a field deemed relevant by the program
