RWDY Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer II to support capital and expense projects by performing engineering design evaluations and coordinating project execution activities. This role is crucial for ensuring project delivery aligns with budget, schedule, and company standards while providing technical support across various functions.

Responsibilities

Perform engineering design evaluations to support project scope execution

Ensure project activities align with company standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements

Support smooth transitions between project phases and execution milestones

Serve as backup support to the Project Manager when required

Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluations, and contractor selection

Support sourcing and tracking of long-lead equipment

Coordinate with FEED contractors to ensure equipment readiness prior to contractor assignment

Act as the primary interface between the Project Team and Contractors

Coordinate development of EMCAPS (ExxonMobil Capital Project Management System) Gate 3 deliverables

Support development of the Functional Interaction Plan

Coordinate project issue resolution and change request processes

Endorse change authorizations as required

Lead the Project Management Team (PMT) in applying Project Management Systems and best practices

Review reports related to production, maintenance, and malfunctions to identify and address technical issues

Engage internal functional resources to verify design and construction alignment with project objectives

Ensure assigned scope is completed in accordance with approved project objectives
