Coordinate day-to-day project logistics across multiple active projects

Manage schedules, deadlines, and project trackers to keep timelines on track

Maintain project documentation (meeting notes, approvals, correspondence, specifications, status updates)

Support client communications and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members

Manage shipping and logistics for items arriving from domestic and international sources

Keep project files and internal systems organized, accurate, and easy to access
