Coordinating team reviews & weekly team checkins
Managing day to day operations & and communications along side me
Deeply learning and studying our particular social media marketing
Qualification
Required
has a good base knowledge of social media, UGC content, or TikTok shop
is very creative & is good at turning an idea into a plan
very detail oriented but can handle chaos
