Sales Operations Support
Ignyte Assurance Platform™ is a fast-growing small business specializing in cybersecurity, compliance automation, and SaaS solutions. They are seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to ensure operational excellence in the sales function, managing inbound leads, maintaining CRM data, and improving sales processes.

Responsibilities
Own inbound leads from initial response through qualification and routing
Prioritize and schedule follow-ups based on defined SLAs
Ensure timely responses to all inbound inquiries
Book meetings directly on customer and internal team calendars
Prepare for and attend sales calls
Send post-call follow-up emails, including recaps, messaging reinforcement, and next steps
Maintain deal hygiene to ensure no opportunities stall or fall through the cracks
Coordinate with Service Delivery teams on upcoming deals for capacity planning and resourcing awareness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contacts, companies, deals, and pipelines in HubSpot
Ensure data integrity and consistent use of required fields
Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility
Enforce consistent execution of the defined sales process
Develop and maintain reusable sales messaging and playbooks for core offerings
Translate real sales conversations and objections into actionable insights for marketing
Partner with marketing on messaging, positioning, and campaign feedback loops
Improve and document inbound and sales support workflows
Standardize email templates, follow-up sequences, and internal handoff procedures
Document sales operations processes for repeatability and scalability
Proactively track active deals and internal dependencies
Support internal sales initiatives and operational improvement projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High personal integrity and professionalism
HubSpot experience; HubSpot certification preferred
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Experience working in a cybersecurity, compliance, or regulated environment
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for sales support or sales operations work rather than quota-carrying roles
Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
Meticulous note-taking and documentation skills from customer meetings
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and improve sales processes and procedures
Confidence in customer-facing interactions and professional communications
Preferred
Experience supporting sales efforts in government, defense, or highly regulated industries
Familiarity with channel sales, partner account mapping, or co-selling models
Experience supporting sales organizations transitioning from early-stage to growth
