Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and according to training
Verify product quality, quantities, and accuracy against order documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Assist in cycle counts, inventory audits, and restocking as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment
Qualification
Required

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
Regularly lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with variable temperatures (as applicable to the facility)
Basic understanding of the Shopify backend for order pulling
Strong English communication skills with the ability to converse in basic Spanish
