Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a smooth and timely implementation with Numeral's platform

Manage a sizable book of business of clients at various stages of setup and go-live

Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, answering questions, solving problems, and guiding clients through setup

Translate client needs and workflows into internal requirements that inform product and operations

Configure customer accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide them through integration best practices

Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve client challenges and influence roadmap improvements

Build scalable implementation playbooks, documentation, and help center resources

Identify and address downstream impacts of onboarding decisions to ensure long-term system health

Continuously improve implementation processes for speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
