Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. resident or citizen
Must be legally authorized to work and physically located in the United States
Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using computers and digital tools in a remote setting
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Self-motivation and attention to detail
Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
