Customer Experience Representative

Hill Country Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (HCTC) is looking for a Customer Experience Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service support for existing and new HCTC customers, assisting them with telecom services, billing, and installation, as well as promoting and selling HCTC services.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service support for existing and new HCTC customers
Assist customers with all aspects of their telecom services, billing, and installation
Direct customers to technical support when necessary
Recommend, sell, and understand the networks and devices connected to HCTC internet services
Promote and sell HCTC services through upselling of existing customers and outbound calls

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of formal instruction and relevant experience with various consumer technologies including computers, computer networks and phone/conferencing systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products such as Word and Excel
Experience/familiarity with telecommunication access solutions, DSL, fiber access technologies and wireless access systems
Valid driver's license required
