Responsibilities
Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EPM FCC applications, as well as providing technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders
Design and develop Oracle EPM FCC applications according to the best practices and standards
Configure and customize Oracle EPM FCC functionalities, such as consolidation rules, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal entries, close manager, supplemental data, and financial reporting
Integrate Oracle EPM FCC with other Oracle and non-Oracle systems, such as ERP, GL, HFM, Essbase, and BI tools
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members and stakeholders on Oracle EPM FCC architecture, design, development, and deployment
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Oracle EPM FCC applications
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, user manuals, and test cases
Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution for Oracle EPM FCC applications
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and core consulting skills
Excellent functional knowledge of Financial Consolidation & Close process
Excellent knowledge of Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close, Ownership Management, Equity Pickup, Enterprise Journal, Task Manager, Configurable Consolidation Rules
Good knowledge on EPM cross-modules that includes Account Reconciliation Cloud, Narrative Reporting and Data Management
Strong experience in the implementation and management of EPM application using FCCS
Minimum 10+ years of experience with minimum 2 end-to-end FCCS implementation
Proficient in Oracle EPM Cloud tools and technologies, such as Data Management/Data Exchange, Smart View, Calculation Manager, Groovy, REST API, etc
Knowledge or working experience with other EPM modules – Account Reconciliation, Planning Cloud, etc
Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM FCC functionalities, features, and best practices
Experience in Oracle EPM FCC testing, debugging, and performance tuning
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
