Call, text, and email local vehicle owners using dealership tools and contact lists
Speak confidently and kindly to potential sellers — no hard sales
Set appointments for appraisals and trade-ins with our management team
Help track responses and follow-ups in our CRM (we’ll teach you)
Learn how to assess vehicle condition and match sellers with dealership needs
Bring high energy, positivity, and consistency every day
Qualification
Required
You've worked in restaurants, retail, coffee shops, or customer service—and you know how to talk to people
You thrive on a challenge and want to earn based on performance, not just hours
You're comfortable on the phone and willing to follow a process
You have great energy, a solid work ethic, and a team-first attitude
You're dependable, driven, and ready to learn something new
You're organized and take pride in showing up ready to win
Valid driver's license required
