Responsibilities

Provide project management and operational support to the Compensation Design & Delivery team while the team is down resources
Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, maintaining a clear calendar of deliverables, coordinating workflows across teams, and ensuring timely updates for MBR/QBR reporting
Ensure compensation workstreams are well-organized, deadlines are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, and high-quality enablement materials are produced to support managers and People partners
Work closely with the Compensation Design team, Recruiting Operations, and People Analytics, helping with project tracking, reporting, and content creation

Required

5+ years of corporate compensation experience that includes full compensation lifecycle projects support
