Responsibilities
Learn, implement, and uphold CTD policies and procedures, including the CTD Honor Code
Follow all CTD rules and regulations concerning staff conduct, appropriate dress, program procedures, and other responsibilities as set forth in the staff handbook and by administrative staff
Assume program-related responsibilities as requested by CTD administrative staff
Maintain confidentiality of information regarding students, families, and staff, as well as conversations that take place in CTD and Northwestern offices
Collaborate with the Program Assistant and CTD business office to process and track all staff hiring paperwork
Collect and schedule student airport arrival information, communicate with families, and work with Residential Directors and Program Coordinators to develop an efficient procedure and staffing assignments for handling student airport arrival and departures
Personally travel to O’Hare airport to serve as a CTD person to contact when CTD students and staff are at O’Hare
Assist with preparations for the program and distribution of program materials
Maintain accurate financial records and submit expense reports
Supervise Office Assistants on an as-needed basis in collaboration with other Program Assistant staff
Assume program-related responsibilities as reasonably requested by CTD directors and administrators
Qualification
Required
Office and project management experience
Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Detail oriented and ability to solve problems creatively
Flexibility and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with data entry and cloud collaboration
Must be able to lift 40+ pounds
Ability to traverse distances of at least one mile with or without accommodation
Have a valid U.S. driver's license
