As a Security Officer - Logistics Site Patrol Driver, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity
Monitor the premises for any unusual activity and report findings to the appropriate personnel
Assist with access control procedures, checking credentials and/or identification as needed
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to maintain a secure and orderly environment
Follow all company and site-specific protocols while performing duties in the logistics and distribution setting
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
