Responsibilities

Lead revenue analytics across the Canton Network and public chains, ensuring leadership has visibility into adoption, liquidity, and TVL trends
Define and track KPIs to measure commercial success and ecosystem expansion
Build and manage forecasting, territory planning, and incentive design for the sales org
Drive GTM operational strategy: from pipeline management to reporting packages for executives and board stakeholders
Implement scalable systems and processes that enable growth across sales, partnerships, and marketing
Create new hire onboarding plan
Establishing a data-driven culture

Qualification

Required

7+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations (fintech or blockchain highly preferred)
Proven leadership experience in building and scaling RevOps teams
Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi/RWA adoption, and on-chain analytics
Expertise in CRM and GTM tool stacks; strong BI and analytics capabilities
Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience delivering board-level reporting
