Responsibilities

Proven experience in systems analysis, preferably in government or housing-related projects
Strong knowledge of data integration techniques, including ETL processes and API-based data exchange
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
Programming experience in C# (.NET Framework/.NET Core) for backend development and system integration
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and web services
Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is a plus
Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps
Ability to create technical design documents and integration blueprint
Ability to model business processes and produce ER Diagrams
Ability to produce a traceability matrix, system integration plans, and gap analysis
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
