Responsibilities
Serve as a primary customer support contact, ensuring successful issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Understand and troubleshoot the platform, cloud technologies, and integrate systems to solve complex technical challenges
Analyze technical cases, identify underlying issues, and collaborate with engineering teams for resolution
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the platform and its core functionalities
Work towards isolating and fixing bugs in applications, software, and integrated systems through data analysis and troubleshooting practices
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Web Services (SOAP, REST) and networking fundamentals
Expertise in scripting and familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript or Python
The ability to understand and troubleshoot LDAP/Active Directory and SSO configurations
