They are seeking an Office Manager for East Brooklyn Community HS who will be responsible for managing school calendars, student records, and facilitating communication among staff and families.

Responsibilities
Set appointments and maintain a school calendar
Organize and maintain student records
Assist with scheduling and facilitating student intakes and guardian interviews
Maintain spreadsheets with student demographics and contact information for students and families
Work as a collaborative team, working closely with advocate counselors, school program directors, and DOE staff
Update payroll records on a bi-weekly basis
Create and manage a system for ordering supplies, school recruitment materials, and other items as necessary
Develop and maintain relationships between employees working in key offices at SCO
Other duties as required
