Bilingual Technical BA / Change & Release Management
The Cervantes Group is seeking a Bilingual Technical Business Analyst to support software changes related to payments transformation initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating, managing, and executing IT change and release activities across multiple technical teams to ensure smooth and timely releases in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Coordinate software-related changes and releases across multiple systems supporting payment processing
Manage change and release calendars , ensuring alignment between development, testing, and production deployments
Partner with technical teams (applications, middleware, DevOps, mainframe interfaces) to gather requirements and assess change impacts
Lead and document IT change management processes , ensuring changes move efficiently through DEV, TEST, and PROD environments
Facilitate change approvals, including coordination with Change Advisory Boards (CAB) when applicable
Identify potential release risks and dependencies, escalating issues to ensure on-time go-live
Conduct post-implementation reviews and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
Provide clear status updates and reporting to IT leadership and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Bilingual English / Spanish required
3+ years of experience supporting IT change management, release management, or production software changes
Experience coordinating software deployments into test and production environments
Understanding of DevOps concepts, including CI/CD and continuously deployed applications
Exposure to payments systems or financial transaction workflows (debits, credits, accounting, GL awareness)
Experience working in highly regulated environments (Financial Services, Banking, Payments, Insurance, Healthcare)
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Preferred
ITIL 4 certification
Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
Experience working with legacy systems (e.g., mainframe) alongside modern platforms
