Responsibilities

Generating detailed designs for review

Conducting analysis through prototyping, testing and qualification

Ensuring designs are suited for high-volume manufacturability

Analyzing the performance of current manufacturing tools and processes to determine methods to improve safety, reliability and efficiency

Engaging with new product design teams to develop manufacturing tools to meet the unique needs of the new product launches

Collaborating with peers across North America to align processes between facilities and establishing the best tooling practices

Developing electro-mechanical systems capable of solving complex problems

Driving automation of error proofing through customized solutions
