Communication Center Specialist
D4C Dental Brands, Inc. is a leading support organization for specialty dental practices focused on enhancing patient experiences. The Communication Center Specialist will be responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling dental and orthodontic appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Assist in various administrative functions as needed

Qualification
Required
High school graduate (or GED)
Experience working in a busy environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Independent thinker
Proficient in spelling and typing
Ability to be a team player
Must be reliable
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) - The ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish and English
Basic knowledge of dental terminology
Previous dental experience
