Assist customers through the entire vehicle purchasing process
Communicate professionally and clearly in both Spanish and English
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
Present vehicle features, pricing, financing, and protection options
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain accurate customer and sales documentation
Qualification
Required
Fluent in Spanish and English
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, customer-first attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Preferred
Automotive sales experience
