Responsibilities

Experience in Salesforce and Oracle (nice to have) CPQ implementations

Strong understanding of configure, pricing and quoting business processes

Deep knowledge of pricing optimization processes and systems

Thorough knowledge of industry best practices for CPQ system implementations

Ability to assess current systems, tools and business processes used for CPQ functions and recommend improvements

Gather and translate business needs into technical requirements for Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems

Defining user stories, creating functional specifications, configuring workflows, and supporting user acceptance testing

Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical teams

Proficiency in creating and maintaining various project documents, such as business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs)
