Responsibilities
Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
Use Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and performance
Translate design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle’s dashboard
Deliver projects within 48–72 hours, balancing quality and efficiency
Troubleshoot and enhance existing Webflow builds
Maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience as a Webflow Developer
Experience building and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
Ability to use Figma and structured design systems (Client-First or Relume)
Knowledge of optimizing sites for SEO, speed, and performance
Skill in translating design mockups into fully functional Webflow pages
Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and project managers via Slack and Tarkle's dashboard
Ability to deliver projects within 48–72 hours, balancing quality and efficiency
Experience troubleshooting and enhancing existing Webflow builds
Ability to maintain consistency across visuals, typography, and structure
Portfolio (minimum 5 Webflow projects)
Motivated and ready to collaborate with a growing global team
Availability to start immediately
Preferred
Experience with GSAP
Experience with Finsweet
Experience with custom animation work within Webflow
Ability to collaborate during EU-CET or US-EST business hours
