Entry, Mid LevelAccylerate is seeking an Operations Analyst Fulfillment to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of device-related operations for successful assessment delivery. The role involves managing device lending communications, overseeing order processing, and supporting logistics functions.

Responsibilities
Manage device lending order communications, ensuring accurate, timely outreach to students, sponsors, and administrators
Oversee non test publication (NTP) order processing and coordinate follow-up steps to ensure fulfillment accuracy
Track all inbound international devices and maintain accurate reconciliation records for device tracking
Monitor and support the ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice) process, resolving discrepancies as needed
Perform AP Professional Development workshop order troubleshooting, partnering with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Manage NTP catalog updates, including new item creation, item activation/deactivation, and other maintenance tasks
Triage, place, and track all internal NTP orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and proactive issue resolution
Download and process daily vendor reports (CRA and AP), ensuring access for all team members
Perform weekly AP SFTP file purging to maintain clean, organized data environments
Oversee Fulfillment mailbox management, ensuring timely responses and proper routing of inquiries
Support cross-functional teams by providing clear, timely operational updates and troubleshooting support
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Project management skills
Technical skills to design and deliver effective business processes
Advanced Excel skills (pivots/look ups)
Experience with Smartsheets
Ability to manage device lending order communications
Ability to oversee non-test publication order processing
Ability to track inbound international devices and maintain reconciliation records
Ability to monitor and support the ASN process
Ability to perform AP Professional Development workshop order troubleshooting
