Responsibilities
Manage the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
Lead tax planning initiatives and strategies to minimize tax liabilities
Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and laws
Review and analyze tax provisions and financial statements
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization
Qualification
Required
CPA certification is required
Proven experience in tax management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Experience in public accounting is a plus
