Responsibilities

Install, maintain and repair mechanical systems, including but not limited to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Pneumatic systems

Maintain and monitor the campus Energy Management System to maximize efficiencies to control costs and increase the useful life of building assets

Provide support and expertise in all areas of Facility Operations and Engineering, including excellent customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills

Required

Excellent customer service skills for effective interaction with employees
