Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new and existing client leads, pitching to media agencies and brands
Strategic Outreach: Develop creative strategies to engage prospective clients
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and contacts
Client Relations: Build and sustain excellent relationships with clients and partners
Brand Representation: Represent Dexerto with integrity and in-depth industry knowledge
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams globally across product, content, sales, marketing, media planning, and creative
Adaptability: Quickly learn new systems and platforms to stay ahead in the evolving digital media landscape
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in Business Development (BDR) or Sales Development (SDR) roles
Experience in digital media and selling to media/marketing agencies or major brands
Passion and knowledge of the gaming or entertainment industries
Understanding of the media/advertising agency landscape
2+ years in a similar role
Deep understanding of esports, gaming, and influencer cultures
Ability to think creatively and sell strategically
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Strong desire to win and continually develop personally and professionally
Enthusiastic about proposing ideas, giving feedback, and finding solutions
Familiarity with digital media and agency/brand relationships
Preferred
Agency-side or publisher-side experience
