Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator for their client in the New Kensington area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating various CNC machines, focusing on precision machining and drilling using Mastercam.

Responsibilities

Program 2D and 3D toolpaths using Mastercam for machining and drilling operations
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
Operate and maintain the following equipment:
Mazak CNC Lathe/Mill
Haas Lathe
You Ji VTL / Drill / Mill
Quickmill Drill
Fadal Drill
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as they arise
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Required

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator
Strong proficiency in Mastercam (2D & 3D programming)
Hands-on experience operating multiple CNC lathes, mills, and drills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T
Program 2D and 3D toolpaths using Mastercam for machining and drilling operations
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications
Operate and maintain the following equipment: Mazak CNC Lathe/Mill, Haas Lathe, You Ji VTL / Drill / Mill, Quickmill Drill, Fadal Drill
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as they arise
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
