Help solicitors maintain an active caseload
Enable clients to enforce their housing rights
Take instructions and witness statements
Draft letters and make applications
Provide court representation
Ensure time recording and income targets are met
Qualification
Required
Good understanding of litigation work
Ability to carry out legal research
Good standard of professional service and client care
Excellent communication skills, both in writing/drafting and face-to-face
Proficiency using case management systems and time recording
Ability to manage time and workload
Enthusiastic individual with legal experience
Ability to collaborate as part of a team
Ability to respond quickly and positively to change
Willingness to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas when appropriate
Preferred
Housing law experience
Legal Aid/CCMS experience
