Responsibilities

Your focus is on developing and implementing strategic plans for acquiring commercial properties that align with the company's investment goals

You will use your solid commercial and hotel real estate background, extensive acquisition experience, and a proven track record of building successful commercial real estate portfolios to identify potential investment opportunities through market research, networking, and relationships with brokers and developers

You are an excellent negotiator who can build relationships and close deals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, real estate, or related field; master's degree is preferred

At least eight years of experience in real estate investment analysis and management

Strong financial analysis skills and proficiency in real estate valuation techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of successfully supporting and assisting senior executives in the real estate industry

Expected work hours: 7:30 to 6:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends and the ability to work hours that support business needs

Travel: Frequent and regular business trips with overnight stays are required to various business locations and properties (traveling approximately 50% of the time); may need to drive a personal vehicle for business

Work environment and physical demands: General office environment
