Oversight for outsourced middle and back office processes, such as settlements & reconciliations
Managing what is produced externally
Analysing what comes into the firm and dealing with issues / breaks with external service providers and investment desks
Project managing initiatives to bring processes in-house and automate them
Potentially managing 1-2 people within 12-18 months
Qualification
Required
4-8 years experience in IB / Hedge Fund operations
Hands-on experience with settlements and reconciliations processes
Strong academics
Strong tech skills
