Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations during assigned shifts

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety protocols

Lead and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and efficiently

Manage inventory, cash handling, and cost control measures

Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize productivity

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist in training and developing new team members

Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving store performance

Adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment

Required

Must have a little Domino's pizza experience or pizza experience

No experience starts at minimum wage then will get a raise after training is over

Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to demonstrate and enforce team member and food safety protocols

Proficiency in basic math and cash handling

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions

Must be 18 of age or older

Preferred

Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
