Project Administrator/Accounting Assistant – WA
Reid Middleton, Inc. is a civil and structural engineering firm with a rich history of service to clients throughout the western United States. They are seeking a Project Administrator/Accounting Assistant to provide support to multiple engineering groups, manage contracts, invoicing, and document editing.
Consulting
Responsibilities
Administration of contracts for clients and subconsultants
Invoicing
Document editing
Preparation of special project reporting
Manage multiple projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
5 years accounting or administrative experience, preferably in the A/E industry
Detail oriented
Proficient use of Excel and Word
Excellent interpersonal skills
Time management skills
Deadline driven
Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field of study
Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint software
