Responsibilities

Lead the engineering team in the development of software applications using C#, .NET Core, VueJS
Design and implement system architectures that meet business needs and technical requirements
Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing support and feedback to foster their professional growth
Utilize Azure for deployment and cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability and performance of applications
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in C# and .NET Core
Strong understanding of TypeScript and its application in modern web development
Experience with system design and architecture
Demonstrated ability to conduct effective code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa

Preferred

Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as VueJS (Preferred) or ReactJS
Familiarity with cloud services, particularly Azure, is preferred
